Welcome to CampusRom Network
From CampusRom we will help you to be informed about the options and possibilities you have to access to higher education, and we will also accompany you and give you support during your training process, especially if you are already pursuing higher studies, such as a medium or higher degree vocational training, college or a university degree.
The CampusRom Network is made up of different Roma people from Catalonia who share a dream: a quality and successful education for the Roma People. In this sense, we are a non-profit network with the main objective of being in contact with all Roma students in Catalonia who need help during their training process or who are already in higher education.
Our Goals

Support, accompany and help Roma students over 16 years old who are in a training process (or are going to start it), especially higher education, such as training cycles, high school or any university degree, etc.

Encourage the participation and leadership of Roma students who are undergoing a training process (or have completed it), especially in higher education.

Offer advice to public and private organizations and institutions and work together in order to contribute to the educational success of all students.

Contribute to the creation and development of a successful intercultural education, especially in higher education spaces.

Contribute to overcoming the stereotypes and prejudices that exist about various minority groups, such as the Roma people, through the visualization of different profiles of Roma people, especially young Roma people involved in successful training processes in higher education.

Work in coordination with other networks or organizations at the national and international levels that work for the defense of the human rights of disadvantaged groups, especially in the field of education.
In particular, CampusRom arises with the intention of generating a mutual support network between Roma students who are trying to access university or a higher education training degree, and also among those who have already achieved it. This support network aims for these Roma students to successfully achieve their dreams, and thus become benchmarks for the entire Roma People and for society as a whole.
